A leading global consultancy in London seeks a Principal Project Manager. This role involves managing complex building projects across life sciences, education, healthcare, and technology sectors. Ideal candidates will have extensive project management experience and hold a relevant degree. We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Project Manager to join our established and growing Programme & Project Management (PPM) team in London. You will be part of a diverse team responsible for the delivery of our project and programme management commissions and provide advice across all our markets and clients, with an initial primary focus on the delivery of major complex building projects. The role of a Principal Project Manager will be to drive, challenge and successfully deliver complex strategic and operational projects using best practice PPM knowledge and advisory skills. You will be managing major building projects for both private and public sector clients in scientific research laboratories (particularly life science), higher education, healthcare and technology (particularly data centres) and commercial property. UK Government SC security clearance, or ability to obtain SC clearance is required due to the sensitive nature of projects in the science sector.
