Our Clients programme team has been established to work with local authorities, health boards and regional partnership boards in Wales, in order to co-ordinate activities and deliverables across a number of workstreams that will:

The main responsibilities of a Principal Project Manager will be drawn from all or some of the following dependent upon the requirements of the role and according to individual projects or programmes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take a lead role in supporting Our Clients community care programme.

Working within the National Programme Team you will have the opportunity to work closely with local organisations across Wales to deliver significant change in how users work and ultimately provide a better service to citizens.

As the Principal Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead a small team
  • Manage a portfolio of projects
  • Support the Programme Director
  • Manage the resourcing of the portfolio
  • Manage the project plans for the portfolio
  • Engage, support and work closely with a number of stakeholders, including health boards, local organisations, health care and Welsh Government

Be able to demonstrate exceptional standard and quality, while working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, as you come across a variety of competing priorities and complex tasks that require you to be flexible and pro‑active, combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem‑solving skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous project management experience, knowledge and skills wishing to work at a national level throughout Wales.

It is essential that you have an excellent knowledge and practical experience of applying project methodologies e.g., AGILE, APM, MS, PRINCE2.
