Amazon Digital UK Limited is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Tech, Global App Experience. You will lead end-to-end product initiatives for Prime Video on living room and web platforms, shaping AI-powered content discovery and personalized experiences at scale.

You will work closely with engineering and design to define strategy, drive roadmaps, and deliver high-impact customer features across geographies, balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a product leader who obsesses over customer experience and knows how to turn AI from a buzzword into a feature customers actually enjoy. This is a role for an experienced product leader who is highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and ready to build at a massive scale.

You will lead by doing and bring a passion for solving problems at massive scale. You excel through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. You are a collaborator who flourishes in a large organisation. You have experience working directly with design and software engineers to deliver customer facing technology products. You will have unique understanding of digital B2C products, data platforms, customer behavioural patterns, content discovery, app development frameworks, navigation design, hardware and device limitations.

You are technically savvy and can weigh in on the pros and cons of a technology choice while providing your opinion on trade-offs. You will practice a high degree of judgement based on data and a deep understanding of app development space. You are comfortable presenting your point of view to influence stakeholders and senior leadership. You have a consistent track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities

As a Principal Product Manager-Tech (an individual contributor role) for the Prime Video Global App Experience team, you will:

• Work on building PV experiences in the living room across geographies.
• Participate in developing strategy and vision, and create a product roadmap to execute on that vision.
• Be grounded in a deep understanding of how customers increasingly turn to AI to solve problems, discover content, and get things done, while translating that insight into AI-driven customer experiences that feel natural, fast, and personal.
• Work inherently cross functionally. You will work closely with engineering, design, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and executive teams to bring products to market.
• You will develop and grow product opportunities, and enhance our customer experience.

About the team

The Prime Video Global App Experience team is responsible for building the Prime Video apps on living room, mobile and web devices. We are responsible for building simple, intuitive, fast, responsive and a personal streaming experience for customers using the latest technology and at the centre of where everything comes together within Prime Video.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience in technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
• Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features (discovery, conversational interfaces, or similar)
