Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Document Management Department in London.

You will define and execute a product strategy to modernise document workflows, enabling automated, compliant data handling and scalable collaboration across teams. You will partner with engineering, UX, and product marketing to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences, leveraging AI and data architecture to drive efficiency and impact for enterprise customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping enterprise-grade SaaS or B2B software.
• Strong analytical abilities for complex data structures and APIs.
• Deep expertise in agile development and translating enterprise requirements into UX.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted product development approaches.
• Collaborative, strategic thinker who can influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy to modernise document management workflows.
• Partner with engineering and design to develop flexible building blocks and permissions.
• Explore automation to streamline data entry, classification, and retrieval.
• Enable native collaboration within the platform to replace emails and siloed tools.
• Drive ecosystem integrations with open APIs and monitor KPIs for success.
