Pearson is the world's lifelong learning company. This senior, expert-track role in UK Schools Qualifications leads thinking on AI-enabled products and responsible practice, without direct team management, leveraging influence and deep expertise to drive tangible delivery.
You will connect with schools, colleges and researchers to shape what good AI looks like in teaching, learning and assessment, and help the wider team move faster with evidence-based strategies and external partnerships.
Pearson is the world's lifelong learning company. In UK Schools Qualifications we're building AI-enabled products that genuinely support teachers and learners, grounded in real pedagogy, evidence and responsible practice. We're now creating a new senior expert role to lead the thinking behind that work, and to make sure our AI ambitions land where it matters most: with our partners in schools and colleges.
This is a senior, expert-track role for someone who understands AI, pedagogy, curriculum and product. You won't manage a team, instead you'll lead through influence, credibility and deep expertise, turning ambition into action and connecting people while seeking out the latest evidence of tangible delivery.
You'll be a key person linking together our activity on what "good" looks like for AI in teaching, learning and assessment, and you'll help the wider team move faster and more confidently.
You'll extend our expert capacity rather than owning overall product direction, leaving you free to focus on the ideas, evidence and partnerships that create genuine impact.
At Pearson, our purpose is simple: to help people realize the life they imagine through learning. We believe that every learning opportunity is a chance for a personal breakthrough. We are the world's lifelong learning company. For us, learning isn't just what we do. It's who we are. To learn more: We are Pearson.
