3 days a week onsite in Central London

Oliver Bernard have partnered with an early-stage, venture-backed SaaS company building a cutting-edge workflow orchestration platform used by high-performance teams across logistics, fulfilment, and finance.

Think: replacing clunky legacy enterprise tools with beautiful, dynamic systems that users actually love to use.

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, and highly experienced founding team as one of the first engineering hires. You'll work across the stack with a strong emphasis on the frontend building elegant, intuitive UIs for complex workflows — with real ownership from architecture to launch.

The Role:

As a Principal Frontend Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor responsible for building powerful frontend experiences and thoughtfully designed systems under the hood. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with customers, shape product strategy, and craft solutions that impact real-world operations at scale.

The opportunity:

• Work on complex, dynamic product surfaces: order management, inventory routing, hardware integration, etc.
• Build reusable UI primitives and elegant abstractions — not just features from Jira tickets.
• Get close to the problem — direct access to users, no layers of PMs or bureaucracy.
• Join a product-focused, senior team where quality, craft, and autonomy are non negotiables.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have strong frontend engineering skills (React, TypeScript, design systems) with an eye for detail.
• Love building highly interactive UIs with deep logic and workflow complexity.
• Have experience working in SaaS start ups (ideally B2B)
• Are full-stack fluent and can help on the backend if needed.
• Are product-minded, user-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Thrive in early-stage environments where you help shape both the product and the company.
