Job summary

UiPath’s Peak unit is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape agentic automation in supply chain/manufacturing. You will define product strategy, influence go-to-market, and own the roadmap across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, SaaS environment.

This role is based in the UK (Manchester or London) with weekly visits to Manchester; flexible hybrid arrangements apply as teams operate with a mix of office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with SaaS leadership.
• Strong domain expertise in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Deep experience with AI/ML/agentic products.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, eng.
• Excellent stakeholder management across seniority levels.
• Strategic thinker who drives disciplined execution.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software; supply chain domain a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define inspiring vision for Peak's agentic solution area in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Bring credibility to customer conversations; steer sales, roadmap and design partnerships.
• Own the roadmap; make tradeoff decisions for complex problems.
• Engage with customers and market to understand needs and drive outcomes.
• Understand technical reality; anchor go-to-market to product truth.
• Lead product launches; enable sales and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with broader product team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
