About the Role

Planning Enforcement Officer Join our busy and dedicated Planning Enforcement team, handling around 600 cases annually. This is a pivotal role where you'll provide expert planning advice, guide enforcement decisions, engage with Councilors, progress cases to formal action and help shape the future of our district. The temporary post will initially focus primarily on progressing existing cases relating to non-compliance with Section 106 agreements relating to open space and infrastructure provision on major sites.
