Stantec in Taunton is seeking a Principal/Associate Civil Engineer to lead technical delivery on civil infrastructure projects across the South West. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with buildings, environmental and transportation teams to provide integrated solutions.
You will direct projects from concept through detailed design and construction support, ensuring quality, programme and budget adherence while maintaining client and regulator relationships.

You'll work on a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, contributing to major developments throughout the South West and beyond. Alongside leading your own schemes, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across our buildings, environmental and transportation teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
As a Principal or Associate Civil Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the technical delivery of projects, ensuring designs meet quality, programme and budget requirements. You'll also play an important role in mentoring junior engineers and technicians while supporting the continued growth of the team.
You'll hold a BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and have experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within a consultancy environment.
