The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to lead large teams within a dynamic environment.

  • Champion service excellence by sharing best practices, identifying opportunities for profit improvement, and positioning the contract as a strong reference site for future bids.
  • Oversee the supply chain, fostering robust relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery and profitability.
  • Uphold rigorous compliance with health and safety standards and ensure that business goals are effectively communicated across the contract area.
  • Promote a customer‑centric culture, proactively understanding and exceeding client requirements while supporting continuous improvement throughout the operation.
