A prominent higher education institution in the UK seeks a Principal Microsoft Developer – CRM to enhance its Microsoft Infrastructure team. We are looking for a Principal Microsoft Developer – CRM to join our established Microsoft Infrastructure team to be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics applications for the University, as its requirements change. Dynamics underpins the Student Recruitment CRM from Tribal and is therefore a mission critical service.
The team is responsible for the on-premises Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, SharePoint, Printing, Server AV protection, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft functionality, Single Sign on Services and many others. Additionally, the Microsoft team provides 3rd-line support to end users, and assistance to our 1st and 2nd line support teams.
