Job summary

Publicis Sapient in London is seeking a Principal in Management Consulting to shape digital business transformations for global clients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver strategic guidance in early shaping and delivery to help clients move toward digitally enabled state.

You will collaborate with management consultants, experience strategists and technology engineers, mentor junior colleagues, and drive growth of the Management Consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Strategy or management consulting experience at a global firm.
• Experience leading large transformations and shaping corporate strategy globally.
• Strong ability to build senior client relationships and deliver impact.
• Excellent written, verbal, numerical, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience advising C-level executives.
• Strong problem solving and analytics skills.
• Appreciation for Agile ways of working.
• Interest in technology to drive business value.
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites.

As a Principal, you will actively participate in the growth and development of the newly formed Management Consulting practice at Publicis Sapient. Your role will focus on shaping ambitious Digital Business Transformations for our clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages of the shaping and delivery of these transformations. You will have the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams comprising of management consultants, creative and experience strategists, as well as technology engineers.

• Actively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the strategy consulting team: support recruiting process, define ways of working, contribute thought leadership and the development of junior consultants
• Effectively manages team to produce quality client recommendations
• Principals are team leaders who are familiar in leading large teams to drive value accretive business strategy and transformation.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm
• Prior experience of large-scale transformations within corporate strategy at a global scale and reach
• Skilled at building senior relationships and delivering high impact work for your clients
• Excellent written, verbal, numerical, and presentation skills
• Thorough consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clients
• Deep problem solving intrinsics and analytics skills
• Appreciation for Agile ways of working
• Interest and experience in technology and using technology to strengthen business value
• Openness to travel and work on client site in order to deliver the first-class services we pride ourselves in
