Delta Academies Trust is seeking a dynamic Principal to join our leadership team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will be based at one of our secondary academies in Bradford and involves strategic direction, school improvement and ensuring high standards across teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will lead with a strong track record, benefit from a comprehensive professional development programme, and have opportunities to influence across Delta Academies and partner schools

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the academy and the wider educational community.
• Ensure high quality teaching and learning with high standards and expectations for students, staff and the community.
• Develop, deliver and commission innovative proactive services for students; foster collaborative links with other academies and the sector.
