Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage an effective S106 / CIL monitoring system.
• Lead data analysis and produce reports, including recommendations to S106 Sub-Committee.
• Coordinate S106 funding proposals and chair the S106 Officer Working Group.
• Ensure accurate financial records, invoicing and debt recovery in liaison with Finance and Legal.
• Maintain accurate databases and records, including viability assessments.
• Lead the production and publication of the annual Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS).
• Respond to S106 / CIL enquiries, including FOIs.
• Input into Local Plan viability work.
• Lead on full CIL implementation should it be introduced.

You will act as the Council's professional lead for S106 / CIL, ensuring the effective monitoring, invoicing, collection and distribution of developer contributions, while providing expert advice to officers, Members and external stakeholders.

Rate: £40.00 per hour (Umbrella)
