Genpact is seeking a Principal for Industry Advisory to shape strategic direction, lead market analyses, and deliver enterprise-ready advisory solutions. You will mentor teams, manage complex client engagements, and drive thought leadership in AI-enabled transformation across industries.

You will work in a hybrid model from the United Kingdom, collaborating with senior leaders and industry influencers to accelerate growth and ensure governance and best practices across advisory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or better in business, economics, or finance.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Define and drive the strategic direction of industry advisory services to align with organizational goals and market demands. Lead complex market and competitive analyses to identify high-value growth opportunities and emerging risks. Advise senior leadership and key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations that influence business strategy and decision-making. Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs. Build and maintain trusted relationships with top-tier clients, partners, and industry influencers to strengthen the advisory practice. Champion the integration of advanced data analytics and industry research into advisory offerings to enhance impact and relevance. Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements to elevate thought leadership and brand presence. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, governance standards, and best practices across all advisory activities. Mentor and develop senior advisory teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
