This principal-level role sits on one of our largest iGaming engagements, overseeing a group of engineers and Tech Leads, and owning what that group delivers from sizing work to team shaping and delivery decisions.

You lead through architecture reviews, maintain consistency across teams, and coach leads to independently make key calls while staying close to code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of engineers and Tech Leads, line-manage the leads, and own what the group delivers.
• Size the work, shape the teams, and take the call.
• Lead by steering—reviewing the approach early, keeping consistency across teams, and coaching leads to make the call themselves.
• Stay close to the code so authority with engineers comes from being one.
