Yoh is seeking a Principal Hardware Design Lead to guide architecture and team delivery for advanced FPGA/ASIC projects in the Southampton area. The role blends technical leadership with customer engagement and strategic input, driving program delivery and product direction in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal applicants will have a proven track record leading digital hardware teams, strong FPGA/ASIC expertise, and the ability to mentor engineers while shaping technology roadmaps.

We're looking for a Principal Hardware Architect & Team Lead to provide technical and people leadership across the development of advanced communications technology.

The role combines architecture, team leadership, customer engagement and product delivery. You'll help shape technical direction, support key customer discussions and lead a team delivering complex FPGA and ASIC technology, whilst remaining closely involved in the engineering decisions that underpin the product.
