About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Principal Giving Officer to join our Principal Giving team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth running of team operations and donor engagement activities. Your work will help strengthen relationships with key supporters and contribute to the success of our fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Principal Giving team, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with the organisation of tours, visits, and events for prospects and donors.
  • Coordinate calendars for team members and liaise with senior leadership offices to schedule donor visits and events.
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the team and leadership, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain full and accurate records of all activities on our CRM database in line with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure supporter contact and relationship information is complete and up to date.
  • Attend cross-team meetings, summarise discussions, and track key action points.
  • Support campaign-related tasks such as data checks, email preparation, and action recording.
  • Conduct research and information gathering to assist with donor materials, talking points, and proposals.
