Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead architecture and deliver scalable web applications. You will own the full-stack stack—from React front‑end to Node.js back‑end—across distributed systems with MFE, Vite, and Nx monorepos.

You will drive best practices, DX, testing, and observability, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client value in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven full‑stack web engineering expertise in modern stacks.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems collaboratively.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge across teams.
• Pragmatic, adaptable and outcomes‑driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision and engineering standards across the full web stack.
• Build scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.
• Design and build robust API / BFF layers with Node.js and Express.
• Champion end‑to‑end testing and DX improvements.
• Own observability and telemetry using Grafana Faro, Pino, CloudWatch and Grafana.
• Drive DevOps practices with Terraform and AWS CI/CD pipelines.
