Job summary

Client Server, a global technology consultancy, is seeking a Principal Front End Developer/Engineer focused on React. The role offers a competitive salary up to £120k and a comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid work model requires three days per week in our London city office or client sites.

You will lead development for global financial clients, architect responsive UIs, mentor junior engineers, and drive frontend best practices across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within a financial services or fintech environment.
• Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Experience with modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid) and frameworks like SASS, Material UI, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Redux, Webpack, and modern testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and client interaction.
