A leading transport authority in the UK is seeking a Principal Estates Surveyor to provide strategic property advice and manage a diverse property portfolio. We’re looking for a Principal Estates Surveyor to join our Estates and Facilities team in our Business Services Directorate. As a Principal Estates Surveyor, you’ll provide strategic property advice across the National Highways operational and managed estate, supervising estates inputs into projects to make sure the organisation complies with property legislation and has an estate of the right size, condition, and location.
We operate a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 2 days per week to be spent within the office. This role can be based from any of our UK offices. This role attracts 20% speculative pay with the salary banding being £54,180 to £76,944 per annum, depending upon skills and experience.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
