Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Planning and Hyperion Essbase.

The Opportunity:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle EPM solutions including Planning (PBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close, Narrative Reporting, and more
• Build integrations between EPM and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP/HCM, as well as third-party systems
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide stakeholders through solution design
• Provide expert-level support, knowledge transfer, and training to SMEs and end users
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to continuously improve delivery standards and client outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Planning / Hyperion Essbase, including business rules and FDMEE/Data Management
• Proven track record delivering Oracle EPM applications across Planning, Consolidation, Narrative Reporting, and EDM
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
• Oracle certifications (or willingness to certify)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with On-Prem to Cloud migrations and Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM integrations
