OSB Group is recruiting for a Principal Engineer - Salesforce to lead the evolution of our Salesforce CRM platform, shaping strategy and delivering scalable, secure customer journeys across lending, savings, broker journeys and servicing.
The role combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong delivery leadership. Based in Wolverhampton, Chatham or London with occasional travel between sites, you will drive architecture, integration, DevOps and quality engineering practices.

This is a pivotal role combining deep technical expertise in Salesforce with strong delivery capability. You will shape the engineering strategy and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure CRM solutions supporting key business domains including lending, savings, broker journeys, and customer servicing. Salesforce plays a central role in our customer platform, enabling seamless end-to-end journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and servicing.
These roles can be based from our Wolverhampton, Chatham, or London office, with occasional travel between OSB Group locations.
As Principal Engineer - Salesforce, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring it supports end-to-end customer journeys through scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business and technology objectives.
