Over the past 24 months, the company has experienced rapid expansion, onboarding talented contributors, and is now focused on enhancing its SLT, seeking technically skilled leaders who have transitioned into, strategy, and road‑mapping roles and managing stakeholder relationships.

In this role, you’ll work across multiple product squads, fostering best practices, delivering high‑level software architecture, and becoming the voice of technical excellence. You’ll be responsible for minimizing technical debt, aligning delivery across squads with other Principals, and ensuring the success of your team through strategic leadership.

You’ll have deep expertise in Python and hands‑on experience deploying directly to AWS, combined with a strong understanding of DevOps culture, testing frameworks, and planning technical roadmaps. Your leadership background will include experience guiding software teams and bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders through exceptional communication skills.

Additionally, you’ll also have proven expertise in persuasion and influence. As part of a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, your ability to inspire teams, align stakeholders, and advocate for impactful technical decisions will be critical.
