Job summary

Maxwell Bond is looking for a hands-on Principal Developer to own the architecture of a brand-new platform on a hybrid model. You will lead backend and data engineers and drive key technical decisions, shaping how modern software uses AI.

This role targets a senior engineer ready to step up to leadership and architectural ownership. The ideal candidate brings strong C#, .NET and Azure experience, plus a track record in designing scalable, data-intensive systems, microservices, and event-driven

Qualifications

• Strong C#, .NET and Azure experience.
• Experience designing scalable, data-intensive systems.
• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to Python and data engineering.
• Experience leading technical decisions and using AI coding agents.
• Experience with AWS, streaming data or machine learning would be a bonus.

We're looking for a hands-on technical leader to take ownership of the architecture, lead a team of engineers and help shape how modern software is built using AI.
