Overview

Guildford Borough is a regional centre for leisure, business, education, retail and culture. We want to appoint highly skilled, motivated, enthusiastic and committed officers to join our planning service which deals with a wide range of planning applications and enforcement matters. From complex town centre regeneration schemes and strategic housing proposals, to householder extensions in the Green Belt. The borough also has a number of constraints including Green Belt, flood zones, National Landscape and a significant number of listed buildings and conservation areas.

  • Principal Planning Enforcement Officer: Salary Min Grade 7 - £49,755; Salary Max Grade 7 - £55,266
  • Principal Planning Officer: Salary Min Grade 7 - £49,755; Salary Max Grade 7 - £55,266
  • Planning Officer: Salary Min Grade 5 - £36,699; Salary Max Grade 5 - £42,272
  • Planning Assistant: Salary Min Grade 3 - £29,762; Salary Max Grade 3 - £32,792
