Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to deliver the next generation of mission-critical facilities, including data centre developments. The role offers opportunities for technical leadership, mentorship, and engagement with major clients on complex projects.

You will contribute to the design and delivery of resilient electrical systems, lead engineering workstreams, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experienced electrical engineer with data centre project exposure.
• Ability to lead engineering packages and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical engineering designs and calculations for data centre projects.
• Lead engineering packages and manage project workstreams.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align design goals.
• Support technical reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Engage directly with clients and project teams to capture requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of LV and HV power distribution systems.
• Demonstrate strong coordination and communication across teams.
• Lead technical activities and mentor others on the project.
