We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Associate / Lead Electrical Engineer to join the Egis Transport Solutions MEPHFC Design Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in rail station electrical services design and coordination. As an Associate / Lead Electrical Engineer you will be a senior member of the team and will be required to support the Associate Director, who leads the MEPHFC team. You will lead and manage other engineers and be responsible for the delivery of electrical designs, and this will involve assuming a CRE role. We are looking for someone who's dedicated, diligent, and driven, and will take this challenge head on, being an important part of a dynamic team with big ambitions. Your responsibilities are likely to include:-

• Undertaking the CRE role
• Deputise for the Associate Director where required
• Develop design from feasibility up to As Built
• Carrying out design reviews and working to design assurance processes
• Helping to grow the team and developing its technical capability
• Lead & manage a small team of engineers
• Mentoring others in CRE roles, and discipline training
• Nurture a get it right first time culture within the team
• Produce and issue progress reports
• Prepare & conduct presentations to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders etc.
