They are an energy‑centric, multidisciplinary building services consultancy specialising in electrical and mechanical design across commercial, retail, industrial, education, health, leisure, residential and public‑sector sectors. They deliver full M&E design (RIBA stages 1–7), sustainable building services, low–carbon and renewable‑ready systems, and integrated control / BMS solutions.

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to lead our electrical building‑services design team, manage major projects, and drive technical excellence across the full project lifecycle — from concept to completion. This pivotal role will combine hands‑on technical design, client liaison, mentor / lead junior engineers, and ensure compliance, quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver full electrical design packages (mains / sub‑mains distribution, lighting — internal, external, emergency, specialist and controlled lighting, small‑power and ancillary services, LV distribution, standby / UPS / generation, data & comms, earthing / bonding, containment systems, renewable‑ready power systems, BMS / controls wiring where required).
