Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in ecology or an associated subject.
• Membership of a professional institution and working towards or obtained Chartered Ecologist/Environmentalist status.
• Experience of leading and managing ecological surveys/licensing/impact assessment.
• Experience in work-winning, managing projects, project budgets.
• Experience of reviewing technical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-quality ecological consultancy and advisory services.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and organizing all phases of ecological project work.
• Support development of solutions to complex ecological issues.
• Lead production of ecology chapters for environmental statements.
• Author or check project deliverables.
