VolkerWessels is seeking a Principal Ecologist in East Hagbourne to lead ecology on major infrastructure projects. You will drive BN G measurement, mentor teams and shape strategic ecological risk management across projects with opportunities to influence design and delivery.

A strong track record in civil infrastructure is essential. Join a multidisciplinary contractor delivering rail, highways and environmental infrastructure.

We are looking for a Principal Ecologist to join our team, playing a key leadership role in supporting the delivery of our major infrastructure projects.

About you

• Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or related field.
• Extensive experience leading ecology on major construction or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of BNG measurement and delivery.
• Leadership and mentoring.
