Job summary

A leading planning consultancy in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Principal Planning Officer to manage major planning applications. The ideal candidate will work flexibly in a hybrid environment and must be proficient in PPA's and Section 106 agreements. This role offers a competitive rate of £56 per hour and the opportunity to engage with clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience with 200+ unit developments is required.
• Ability to manage a caseload of planning applications.
• Familiarity with hybrid working methods.

We are seeking an experienced Principal DM Town Planner skilled in PPA's, 200+ unit developments, and Section 106 agreements.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and manage a caseload of primarily major planning applications.
• Work hibridly with flexibility for site visits and ad-hoc developer meetings (mostly MS Teams).
• Attend planning committees in person for submitted applications.
• Serve clients within the East Midlands with good transport links to London.
