Job description

We are looking for an experienced Principal level DM Planner to lead a major PPA scheme for a Council in Essex.

The exact working pattern is TBD and may not necessarily require full-time hours.

We need someone with previous experience of working in partnership with a developer to deliver major housing schemes; this particular one is 2000 units. The development is taking place on grey/green belt land so we need those with specific experience managing these types of schemes and a detailed understanding of the challenges faced.

Given the longevity of the scheme, this role has potential to go on for a significant amount of time so this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract.

We would expect to pay at least £65/hr.
