• 3 years' experience acting as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor.
• Demonstrable understanding of design and construction drawings.
• Experience of undertaking Design Risk Reviews.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Principal Designer services ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
• Manage the pre-construction phase including preparing and collating information.
• Liaise with stakeholders on projects regarding Health, Safety, and CDM matters.
