• BRPD experience required.
• Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / ARB / MCIAT (required).
• RIBA / CIAT HRB or Non-HRB status (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design coordination in relation to Building Regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to utilise Design Compliance trackers.
• Provide design advice relevant to Building Regulations.
