A leading UK management consultancy in Shoreditch seeks a Principal Data Modeler to define and implement data modeling strategies for enterprise clients. You'll lead and mentor teams while overseeing multiple projects. Their data practice has over 300 specialists, offering a real opportunity to lead, influence, and make a commercial impact on major client programmes.

The Role: As a Principal Data Modeler, you’ll sit at the intersection of technical delivery and client leadership. You’ll define and implement data modelling strategies for enterprise clients, guide delivery teams, and play an active role in growing relationships and new opportunities within the data architecture function.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and rollout of enterprise-wide data models and standards.
• Define data frameworks, governance, and metadata strategies for large-scale transformations.
• Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for data modernisation and architecture improvement.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and mentor senior consultants and modellers.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For
