Your role

In the role of a Principal Consultant you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop logical and physical database models based on business requirements.
• Write efficient and complex SQL queries ETL using stored procedures functions and triggers.
• Closely collaborate with AWS Team to help build the Data Pipelines / Orchestration.
• Optimize and tune query performance for processing high volume of data ensuring scalability.
• Collaborate with other cross functional teams to timely deliver quality database solutions.
• Ensure data integrity consistency security and availability across systems.
• Supporting Testing activities by analysing defects and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Performing and supporting DB deployments during Testing and Release cycles.
• Document database structures and data flows.

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of professional experience in database development.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with major RDBMS platforms such as SQL Server PostgreSQL Oracle or MySQL.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries Procedures and Functions.
• Proven expertise in query optimization and performance tuning.
• Solid experience in implementing and managing ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Working Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Migration projects definite plus.
