Responsibilities

• Complete technology on-boarding processes for a Trade Surveillance solution.
• Provide guidance and support for company projects and initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to implement technology solutions on Surveillance platforms.
• Perform data analysis and produce technical documentation, formulating testing approaches, test plans, and cases.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support business users with user acceptance testing.
• Present results to senior stakeholders.

In this role, as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. BE/B Tech/MCA.
