Are you a HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist experienced in CAMHS? Are ready for your next step into a Senior role where you will clinically lead a team? Here in the CAMHS Anxiety Disorders Treatment Team (ADTT) we are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join us helping children and young people across Berkshire. We offer intensive evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive and related disorders. This is a rare Band 8B position and is perfect for an experienced psychologist ready to take their next step in a genuinely collaborative, positive and compassionate environment.
As a senior lead you’ll have an onsite presence in the team at our fantastic base at the University of Reading. There’ll be occasional community travel and options for some homeworking. Day to day you will manage a small caseload providing expert psychological assessment and therapy; offer clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision to colleagues; develop and oversee intensive risk management plans, supporting young people who require multi-agency involvement. You will work in partnership with the Team Manager to uphold clinical standards and drive quality improvements that enhance outcomes for children and young people.
You will also be part of the transformational leadership group for CAMHS, with the opportunity to do a transformational leadership course at Reading University as well as being part of the Trust Psychology network.
