Job description

Our growth strategy within our Water division for 2025 and beyond is creating a buzz around the place. You will be partnering with top water clients in the area (and in the UK) to help develop better ways of obtaining, cleaning, and distributing water for our local communities.

If you're looking for a role that steps into leadership, then look no further - we'll provide support to help you become a Principal Civil Engineer. Alternatively, if you're seeking a new challenge to harness your skills and explore new environments, we can cater to your needs and support your career journey.

You will also have the opportunity to work on UK-wide projects, including some of the largest and most iconic water projects in the UK. We operate as one team, supporting each other regardless of location — whether in Scotland, the South of England, or Ireland.

About you

You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering. Ideally, you will be Chartered and a member of a relevant engineering institution. Previous experience in the water industry is preferred, as is a working knowledge of Process and MEICA disciplines. An understanding of environmental issues, including net carbon, is also preferred but not essential.

Drawing from your extensive experience in the water industry, you will develop solutions from need to detailed design as part of a team, supporting and managing project team members. You will have experience in undertaking scoping and design within required timescales and budgets, and in producing and reviewing technical reports.
