We're representing a leading Consultancy within the water and environmental infrastructure sector that's looking to appoint a talented Principal Civil Engineer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of major water projects that drive sustainability and make a lasting impact on communities. As Principal Civil Engineer, you'll lead and deliver Civil Engineering design across all stages of the project lifecycle, from early planning through to detailed design and delivery. You'll manage and mentor a team of Engineers, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate directly with clients to ensure successful outcomes. The work covers clean water treatment and networks, wastewater systems, flood management, and urban drainage.

You’ll be a Chartered or Incorporated Civil Engineer (ICE or CIWEM) with experience in the water, environmental, or infrastructure sectors. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential, along with a passion for mentoring developing Engineers and delivering sustainable solutions.
