You’ll work on a wide variety of challenging projects, balancing preliminary and detailed design across roads, levels, drainage, and external works — in both public and private realms. • Lead and contribute to multi‑disciplinary projects, managing design of highways, drainage, and external works.
• Use industry‑leading software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, or PDS) to deliver innovative, efficient designs.
• Engage with planning authorities, statutory undertakers, and national bodies to shape solutions that work for all.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and building long‑term relationships.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, helping the next generation of talent grow and thrive.
