Your Role: The Principal Business Analyst will primarily focus on the requirements and implementation of solutions and tooling for the Transfer Agency, Finance and Distribution operational business clients in close cooperation with Investment, Oversight and Client Reporting teams. Business Analysis tasks and associated technical changes are part of innovative initiatives providing our internal business partners with the right business tools and solutions to grow the business. The role will work on business analysis tasks and oversees changes covering multiple business areas and groups. A very good understanding of agile methodologies, solid technical analysis skills and client relationship building will enable success in this position. Focus will be on data requirements and solutions.

What you will bring

• Having a good degree in science, technology, engineering, and/or mathematics/statics from a fully accredited leading university
• Good understanding of investment management
• Good technical understanding, SQL and database knowledge
• Proven experience in asset management and/or Transfer Agency within the last 5 years
• Should have proven track record of successfully analyzing BA tasks and implementing technical solutions to drive business improvements
• Knowledge over Transfer Agency and Investment data and technology platforms will be an advantage
• Technical experience over the Snowflake platform for operational oversight and data solutions will be an advantage
• Any experience of key industry software applications
• Written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a global, multicultural and diverse environment
• Structured, disciplined approach to work, with attention to detail
• Disciplined time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work on more than one initiative at a time
• Self-motivated.
