Overview

Registered Building Control Inspector - RBI - Building Inspector - Plan Checking

BSR work - Class 3 Registration Essential

You will work remotely on Class 3 projects. You will not need to spend time on domestic and residential small-scale projects but will have access to complex and technical projects. You will work remotely and project manage construction projects nationwide. You will have full remit to go to site but only when this suits or it is a project you want to see yourself. You will focus on the plan checking end of the development. You will work as a Technical Manager so you can assume some level of mentoring should you wish, especially if you are passionate about developing the next generation of surveyors.

You can be based anywhere in the UK. If you are currently working on projects that don\'t fulfill your registration level and you are concerned about the long-term implications on your ability to register, this is an opportunity to focus your time. It is a fully flexible role with no requirement to win new business and KPIs to monitor.
