Job summary

Jobtailor in London is seeking a seasoned biostatistician to drive statistical activities across multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and develop SAPs. You will ensure protocols are statistically sound and reviews of SAS annotated CRFs are thorough.

This role combines technical leadership with collaboration on business development, while maintaining high standards for project deliverables and independent project reviews.

Qualifications

• Mentor biostatisticians on job skills.
• Oversee or develop training plans or materials for Biostatistics associates.
• Conduct training sessions or trains new hires.
• Prepares Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
• Responsible for the statistical aspects of the protocol.
• Reviews SAS annotated case report forms (CRFs).
• Creates or reviews programming specifications for analysis datasets.
• Directs activities of other biostatistics personnel.
• Provides independent review of project work.
• Manages scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects.
• Identifies out of scope tasks and escalates to management.
• Provides statistical programming support as needed.
