Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Principal BIM/CAD Manager to lead the strategic development, governance and ongoing improvement of BIM/CAD standards across the UK Energy & Resources business.

The role is hands-on for coordinating tasks between UK teams and our offshore Pune centre, with a 3D modelling leadership remit. You will shape BIM Execution Plans, Master Information Delivery Plans, and Exchange Information Requirements while driving ISO 19650–compliant information

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related subject.
Experience on energy/renewable projects.
Experience with Common Data Environments (ACC/BIM360 and/or ProjectWise).
Experience delivering projects in line with ISO 19650.
Experience with BIM Execution Plans.
Interest or experience in computational/parametric design.
Experience mentoring junior staff.
Strong communications with clients and UK/overseas teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee BIM/CAD standards across the business.
Coordinate BIM/CAD modelling tasks between UK teams and offshore design centre.
Lead a team of 3D BIM modellers.
Develop BIM Execution Plans and Master Information Delivery Plans.
Establish Common Data Environments and standards.
Support digital delivery and reviews of progress, quality and compliance.
Provide guidance to the team throughout bid, planning, mobilisation, delivery and close.
