Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks a Principal/Associate Consultant with EIA experience to join our Scotland Team. The role involves leading environmental assessments, coordinating consents and engaging with clients across UK projects.

You will mentor colleagues, drive bids, manage projects and develop new business areas within a collaborative environment with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental or related discipline.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing with a passion for the environment.
• Understanding of consenting and permitting across project types/jurisdictions.
• Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and deliver technical excellence.
• Excellent reporting/analytical skills.
• Experience of bids/tender preparation.
• Experience delivering a project from bid to completion.
• Membership of a professional body.
• Chartered Environmentalist/Scientist or equivalent (preferred) or working towards this.

Your role

With continued project wins and a strong forward order book, we are looking for a Principal/Associate Consultant with experience in EIA and consenting projects to join our Scotland Team, although our projects are located across the UK and beyond.
