We’re partnering with a well-established, design-led engineering consultancy based in Norwich, recognised for its technical excellence, collaborative culture and innovative approach to engineering. With a growing portfolio of major projects across the residential, retail, logistics and technology sectors, they are continuing to expand their civil engineering capabilities and are now looking to appoint a Principal / Associate Civil Engineer to play a senior role within the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineer who is looking to take greater ownership of projects, build strong client relationships and have a genuine influence on the direction and development of a growing team. You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility and due diligence through to detailed design and delivery, while also providing technical leadership and supporting the continued development of the civil engineering team.
