Overview
Our Infrastructure Asset & Information Management practice delivers data-driven solutions as well as providing asset management, regulatory, and technical advice to a range of clients, both in the UK and internationally.
Your Purpose
Candidates should have a blend of technical, stakeholder engagement, financial, and project management skills to win and deliver projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop our asset performance business with clients.
- Asset performance monitoring and benchmarking, including use/development of dashboards and digital tools to drive improved performance.
- Strategic Planning, including development of risk‑based decision‑making tools and methodologies, and prioritisation.
- Tactical Planning – turning Business Plans into reality and delivering outcomes.
- Assure and give regulatory advice for UK Water utilities and internationally.
- Strategic Asset Management advice, including gap analysis and improvement plans against ISO55001, business process engineering, business plan development.
- Lead Asset Management Projects and provide Asset Management Leadership for strategic projects in the Aviation Market, building and coordinating a team to deliver solutions.
- Participate in strategic planning for aviation to maximise profitability, marketing capabilities, operational efficiencies and quality.
- Leverage existing and develop new aviation client relationships to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Assist in the development of project work plans; review schedules, budgets, project milestone dates and work products.
- Participate in the development and implementation of annual and strategic plans.
- Actively pursue new project opportunities by maintaining contacts with current and prospective clients and evaluating opportunities.
- Identify and work toward the resolution of client‑relations problems.
- Prove a track record in applying digital asset management, including advanced analytical techniques to improve business performance and address client challenges.
- Maintain a confident, professional “Can Do” approach.
- Communicate complex matters to clients and internal stakeholders clearly and relevantly.
- Operate with commercial astuteness.
- Support and nurture talent.
- Collaborate effectively within AtkinsRéalis, the supply chain and with clients.
Qualifications
- Background in winning and serving clients on major projects, with a sound technical background, excellent communication and organisational skills, and thorough knowledge of aviation clients.
- Honours Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Asset Management Qualifications – preferred but not essential.
- Membership of an appropriate professional body – preferred but not essential.
