Job summary

Axiologik in Leeds is seeking an Enterprise Architect to provide architectural leadership in client engagements and shape transformation strategy at executive level. You will own architecture definitions and drive technology roadmaps across large change programmes.

Responsibilities include acting as trusted advisor to C-suite, growing key client relationships, and delivering enterprise-wide architecture strategies aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, Lead Architect, or Digital Strategist in consulting.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and IDAM, plus cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience designing operating models and leading improving flow in environments.
  • Data practitioner at strategic or technical level.
  • Experience driving new digital consulting business with ownership of commercial targets.
  • Exposure to regulated or critical infrastructure environments.

  • Prepare and present high-standard reports to technical and executive audiences.
  • Ensure client security, regulatory, and compliance needs are met.
  • Support commercial delivery and contractual commitments.
  • Lead development of new services for Architecture practice.
  • Collaborate on new offerings and represent the practice in cross-functional teams.
  • Support new business development through bids and pre-sales engagements.
  • Develop reusable IP and strengthen value proposition.
  • Build relationships with suppliers, partners, colleagues across business.
  • Participate in industry forums to expand knowledge.

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience operating as an Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, Lead Architect, or Digital Strategist in a consulting service-delivery context
  • Extensive knowledge of industry-standard software packages or SaaS offerings, such as CRM, ERP, and IDAM, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Operating model design and implementation experience, including leading environments that continuously improve flow
  • Experience as a data practitioner at either a strategic or technical level
  • Experience driving new digital consulting business acquisition, with ownership of commercial sales targets
  • Exposure to regulated, safety-critical, or critical national infrastructure environments
  • Degree education and/or professional qualifications and accreditations relevant to your domain expertise

  • Produce clear models of strategy, architectures, solutions, and operating models for diverse audiences

  • Lead the development and creation of new services for the Architecture practice
